We welcome everyone to try out our workspace at CoHabitat to see if it’s a fit for you. Attending one of the many evening events is a great way to check things out and meet some regulars.

If your business requires regular phone calls, CoHabitat is not likely going to work for you (or us) since there is little private space and ongoing conversations tend to disrupt other tenants.

The following rental rates are available for open space on the 1st floor.

On occasion, we have openings for 2nd floor rooms with lockable doors. Each of the four rooms has room for 4 to 6 to work in relative comfort. If you’re interested in a private office email us or call 214.302.7750 for details.

Use any open desk or table
Come as often as you like
Access to a monitor if available
Cancel anytime before the month’s billing (no partial refunds)

Day Pass ($20/day)
Traveling and need workspace?

The day pass is for you. You’ll have access to any open desk during regular hours.
