We welcome everyone to try out our workspace at CoHabitat to see if it’s a fit for you. Attending one of the many evening events is a great way to check things out and meet some regulars.

If your business requires regular phone calls, CoHabitat is not likely going to work for you (or us) since there is little private space and ongoing conversations tend to disrupt other tenants.

The following membership plans are available for workspace on the 1st floor and are month to month with your “last month” due upon joining. When you want to move on or outgrow the space you won’t have leases to worry about; simply give us 30-days notice and your last month begins.

On occasion, we will have private offices come available on the 2nd floor. Each of the four rooms could reasonably accomodate 4 to 5 or 6. If you’re interested in a private office email us or call 214.302.7750 (ask for Blake) to check availability.

Day Pass ($20/day)

Traveling and need workspace? ..or live in the suburbs a need a good in-town workspace? The day pass is for you. You get access to any open desk during regular hours (8:30AM-7PM Monday-Friday)
